Living Indigenous Wisdom

Carrying the healing power of Indigenous wisdom to millions, for the next seven generations.
We are living through a crisis of relationship: disconnection from the earth, from one another, and from the ancestral wisdom that has guided humanity for millennia. The deeper problem is not a lack of information or innovation. It is a loss of lived relationship; to land, to Elders, to ceremony, and to values that teach reciprocity, balance, and care. Indigenous wisdom traditions hold living frameworks for restoring that harmony, yet many Elders carry this work without the support or structures needed to transmit it across generations. Without intentional stewardship, irreplaceable wisdom risks being lost. This is the urgency that Living Indigenous Wisdom exists to meet. At the heart of this work are the Four Sacred Gifts (Forgiveness, Healing, Unity, and Hope-in-Action), received in 1994 when twenty-seven Indigenous Elders from around the world gathered in ceremony to bless a sacred hoop with gifts for all humanity. Through the Eagle Hoop Membership Circles, quarterly gatherings, Elder councils, youth fellowships, and the Four Sacred Gifts Podcast on the Be Here Now Network, this mission continues to grow; carrying ancient teachings forward into the lives and communities that need them most.

Living Indigenous Wisdom is the lifelong mission of Grandmother Dr. Anita Sanchez, Nahua (Aztec) and Toltec wisdom keeper and messenger of the Eagle Hoop Prophecy since 1994. For more than four decades, Grandmother Anita has served as a bridge between global Indigenous traditions and between Native and non-Native peoples, bringing the healing power of ancestral wisdom to tens of thousands of leaders, communities, and organizations worldwide. Her life mission is to bring these teachings to millions; awakening people everywhere to the truth that we are all related, and all capable of healing the world together.
